The Fat Cat is a fully stocked and licensed mobile bar based in London and the South East. Our rustic wooden bar can be set up in our marquee or in your own venue, and our drinks menu includes two draft beers. We have different payment options and our system can manage cash or card/contactless payments (WiFi dependent). We provide 2-3 bar staff for the duration of the bar service, will arrive about 3 hours before your event to step up and will  arrange with you to return the next day to remove our equipment. We will arrange the Temporary Events Notice for you with your local council on your behalf, so we may need to ask about any other entertainment  and proposed timings e.g. DJ, live band.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Option A: Cash Bar  

Booking fee £100 for standard 8 hour service (additional hours of service charged at £100/hour)

Guests pay as you go on the day, cash or card payments accepted. Optional partial or full pre- paid tab can be arranged. Minimum spend requirement dependent on party size: 
£900 minimum spend for 40-79 guests (two bar staff)
£1200 minimum spend for 80+ guests (three bar staff)

Option B: Unlimited package
Booking fee £100 

Fee paid per guest for set time frame, includes beers, wines, ciders, single spirits + mixers and soft drinks. 

£35pp - Unlimited drinks for 6 hours (can revert to cash bar service afterwards) 
£50pp - Unlimited drinks for 10 hours

Optional extra: Welcome toast package, one serving per guest on arrival. 
£4pp - Prosecco (+ nosecco no alcohol alternative) + hire of glass flute  
£3pp - Pimm's (+ mocktail alternative) (served in resumable plastic tumbler)

Optional extra: Table package 
£15 per bottle of wine for the table. This can include red, white, rose or prosecco.
Includes hire of wine glass, water tumbler and water bottle (all glass, not reusable plastic) 
Glass bottles for water also provided. 
Recommendation X2 bottles per table of 6, allowing for approx. one large serving per person.
